Oleline Group (Ole Line) was founded in 2016 by Bryan Burnette, a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with decades of experience in both the public and private sectors of the construction industry. Over the course of his career, Bryan has managed more than one billion dollars in projects, building a reputation for delivering complex work with precision and reliability. With this foundation, he launched Oleline Group to provide clients with both construction management and general contracting services.

Our team brings deep expertise across all phases of the project lifecycle. We assist clients from the earliest concept through occupancy, managing every detail along the way. This includes due diligence and feasibility studies, planning and zoning entitlements, permitting, design and construction management, new construction and capital renovations, and post-construction services such as warranty work and latent defect enforcement. Whether ground-up development or major renovation, we are committed to ensuring every project is executed with quality and care.

The Oleline Group, named to pay respect to Maryland being called the "Old Line State" tracing back to the American Revolution, and also considering Baltimore's vital role in the victory for independence.

 

Founded in 2016,(by Bryan Burnette CCM) the Owner and team have decades of experience in construction management and contracting, assisting and guiding Clients' projects from an idea to reality.  We're accustomed to working with Clients on new construction and capital renovation projects, from inception through completion, through occupancy.  We're knowledgeable with all project phases to include due diligence and feasibility research and analysis, design management, planning and zoning entitlements and permitting, construction management, and post construction services (warranty work services and latent defect enforcement).
