OleLine Group was founded to give clients a trusted partner backed by experience from inception through completion. Inspired by Maryland’s nickname, “The Old Line State,” Bryan Burnette founded OleLine in 2016 to bring that same sense of reliability and backbone to every project.

 

Bryan has always had a passion for construction. After studying at both NC State and Morgan State University, he earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and spent decades in the field, learning how projects really succeed. Over the years, he managed more than a billion dollars in work across public and private sectors, building a reputation in the industry for successfully delivering complex projects.

 

Along the way, Bryan saw a gap. Clients either got big-firm construction management with layers of people between them and the decision-maker, or small teams that were hands-on but lacked depth. We bridge that gap. Here, clients get both: high-level construction management and true, boots-on-the-ground general contracting.

 

At OleLine, clients work directly with Bryan, not a rotating cast of managers. As a Certified Construction Manager (CCM),  he brings a level of training and oversight that most firms simply don't offer. He’s involved from planning through closeout, making sure every decision supports safety, quality, budget, and schedule. His goal is simple: deliver work he’s proud to put his name on.
