OleLine Group was founded to provide clients with a construction company backed by decades of experience and hands-on leadership. Inspired by Maryland's "Old Line State" nickname, OleLine reflects our commitment to accountability, reliability, and direct involvement throughout every project.

Owner Bryan Burnette earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM). Throughout his career, he has managed complex projects across both the public and private sectors. Having overseen more than $1 billion in construction projects, he developed the project management approach that continues to guide every OleLine project today.

Throughout his career, Bryan recognized that clients were often forced to choose between large firms with layers of separation or smaller contractors without the operational depth to manage complex work. OleLine was built to bridge that gap.

Bryan remains directly involved from preconstruction through closeout because he believes clients deserve a construction partner who is accountable, accessible, and committed to their project's success.
